Q: Where are you from?
A: I grew up in the city that hosts the Little League World Series, but I now live, work and play in San Francisco, CA.
Q: What do you do?
A: I am the Community Marketing Manager at Dick’s Sporting Goods for the Bay Area. I support youth sports and running communities by providing sponsorship. I develop strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness and generate positive goodwill.
Q: What is your most valuable skill?
A: My dedication to succeed in any task given. I guess you could call me a perfectionist, but I prefer to just leave it at, “I get things done.”
Q: What do you struggle with?
A: Adaptation. Change is never easy for a Type A, but I am continuously finding ways to be flexible and adapt in any situation.
Q: What is important to you in a job?
A: Having a job that I am excited to go to everyday. Too many people dread going to work, why do something everyday that you hate when you can do something everyday that you love.
Q: What was your favorite job in your career?
A: Marketing Assistant for the University of Pittsburgh Athletic Department. The fast paced environment coupled with the excitement of sports made my year in this role fly by.
Q: Do you want to stay in San Francisco?
A: At the moment, SF is my home. I still have many more adventures to accomplish before leaving, but would eventually relocate.
Q: Where can someone find you in your free time?
A: Running the streets of SF, hiking the hills of Marin or coaching the best young swimmers in the Bay. I also thrive on a good cup of coffee.
Q: What is one thing someone wouldn't guess by looking at you?
A: I love photography. If I could, I would have my camera attached to my hip at all times.
